The role
As an Account Manager, you will be the point of contact for our Spanish clients, keeping them up to date on advertising campaign performance, from sign off to post-campaign reporting. You will do this by providing insights reports, fielding ad-hoc requests, and educating them about the programmatic world, ultimately helping them implement their wider display strategy. You will also help the trading team execute campaigns successfully, by relaying client feedback and requests, helping the client set clear and achievable goals, and generally ensuring campaigns run smoothly.
Once relationships are established with clients, you will be expected to pro-actively support the sales teams in acquiring and delivering additional revenues – such as up-weights & contingency budgets – by providing sufficient campaign performance metrics to give clear rationale to the client to secure the revenue.

As a Technical Account Manager, and working closely with the Client Services Manager, you will grow to be the point of contact for our Spanish clients as the digital delivery expert – keeping them up to date on campaign performance and assisting them with; pre campaign analysis, campaign optimisations and post campaign reporting. The role:
We are looking for an exceptional Content Manager to work with our in-house marketing team across a range of marketing activities, content pieces and events.
This is a new role and would involve taking ownership of all marketing content projects across the organisation, globally.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and own the Crimtan global content strategy and plan, including whitepapers, webinars, blogs, newsletters and award entries.
- Develop content process and manage/own all content projects globally.
- Ensure brand consistency, integrity and tone of voice across all marketing output.
- Write and create content pieces for a range of purposes including pitches, slide decks, videos, whitepapers, email, website and social media in order to position Crimtan as thought leaders/experts in the programmatic industry.
- Work with the Brand Manager and the wider marketing team to produce high-quality marketing/comms output for a variety of markets.
- Continuously evaluate and measure content performance and adapt content plan to improve engagement.
Key skills and experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in B2B content creation, marketing and campaigns.
- Excellent writer and editor with experience writing for a variety of media/formats.
- Experience using WordPress (or other CMS) and Marketo (or other marketing automation software).
- Experience planning and managing marketing campaigns, nurture programmes and workflows.
- Knowledge of SEO.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
